Does my child need to know their ABCs?
Not at all! Whether your child is learning their first letter sounds or beginning to blend words, we'll start at their current learning level
What if my child is shy or struggles to focus?
Every little learner is different! We use their interests, interactive activities and gentle encouragement to help them feel comfortable and engaged.
How quickly will my child learn to read?
There's no one-size-fits-all timeline. We focus on steady progress, strong phonics foundations and celebrating each little milestone.
Behind the Screen
What does my child need for online lessons?
A laptop or tablet, a stable internet connection and a comfortable learning space. We'll let you know if anything else is needed!
Do I need to sit beside my child?
Not necessarily! We recommend having a grown-up nearby, especially for younger children who may need help with their device.
The Grown-Up Details
Will I receive updates on my child's progress?
Yes! We share learning observations and updates so you can follow your little learner's progress and celebrate their achievements.
What if we need to reschedule a lesson?
We understand that plans change! Rescheduling is subject to our enrolment agreement and lesson availability.
Can we change lesson formats later?
Of course, we can discuss switching formats as your child's needs and schedule change, subject to availability.
